Clear information before a big purchase

fairlyhome gathers the public information about an address into one report, so you can decide with less uncertainty.

Why we exist

For many people, buying a home is the biggest purchase of their life. Yet the information about an address is scattered: official lists, maps, portals and online maps, each with its own format and date.

We gather it for one address into a single clear report, with the source and date of every item. The report does not decide for you and does not replace a notary or an expert, but it shows what is publicly known and what is not.

How we work

Four rules we apply in every report.

  • Transparent sources

Every item shows where it comes from and when it was last updated.

  • Limits stated openly

If we have no data for an area, we say so. A missing item is never presented as a good sign.

  • Personal data protected

We keep only what is needed for your account and payment, and we do not sell your data.

  • No hidden costs

You see the price before you pay, and the refund conditions are written on the site.

Where the data comes from

We use public sources. Which of them appear in a report depends on the area.

  • Official seismic risk lists

The class appears only where an official list exists, in Bucharest the AMCCRS list.

  • ANAR flood risk maps

Exposure appears only inside mapped areas.

  • OpenStreetMap

Maps and nearby points of interest. © OpenStreetMap contributors.

  • Public transport feeds

Stops and lines, where the operator publishes the data.

  • The notaries' study

Used as a reference for the area, not as a valuation of a property.

Every item in the report carries the date of its source.
